ACCESSING THE WEBSITE AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
Upon enrolling with us as a member of VENTiVE MAKERS CIRCLE LLP, you confirm to make payments as mentioned to you at the then prevailing offers, if any. Any sales/offers/ enrolment/advertisement/ marketing offers are purely at the discretion of the management and the management reserves the rights to withhold the said at any given point.
You also confirm that you are aware that in case you wish to cancel your membership at any given time, the entire amount paid against your membership shall stand forfeited.
You also confirm that you shall not claim a refund against any such monies paid to us via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS or any other medium when you expressed your desire to enrol with us.
You agree to the said cancellation and forfeiture clause as binding authority and shall not challenge the same at any given point in time via any medium.
You also agree to a one time security deposit fee of Rs. 20,000/- for one year which is refunded once your membership has ended subject to no damage of property at Ventive Makers Circle LLP.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Website, and any service or material we provide on the Website, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason at all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Website, or the entire Website, to any user, including registered users.
